Cleveland County Commissioners approved a resolution Monday to authorize the Cleveland County Public Facilities Authority to remodel a former Buchanan's Grocery store at 424 S. Eastern Ave. up to $3,500,000 in bonds, notes or other indebtedness to construct or equip a county health department building in Moore.
